HOW TO SHOP?
Choose the product you want to buy – by clicking ADD TO CART your product is being added to the cart. You can choose more than one product and when you’re done click on the cart symbol (upper right on the page). After that step all of your products will be listed. If you change your mind about purchasing a product you are able to remove it from the list. Now just choose method of payment and leave us delivery information and that’s it! 🙂

It’s very easy to enter your personal data and you have to enter it at every shopping. But, you can also register, then you won’t have to enter your data every time again.
You agree that all data you enter when you register, are correct. In process of registration you have to choose a username. Username can’t be insulting or untrue, it have to be decently. If we decide that your username isn’t by the rules, we can change it without your permission. You agree and understand that only you is responsible for maintain confidentiality about your password connected with your account. Regarding everything so far, you do agree that only you is responsible for your account.
Optika Luna is obliged to protect personal data of buyer/user, on the way that collects only necessary, basic information about buyer/user which are necessary to fulfil our commitments. Optika Luna will inform buyers/users about the way of using collected data and give them a choice to decide about using their data. All data are strictly guarded and are available only to employees of Optika Luna which they need to perform their duties (include process your order and deliver the desired product).

METHODS OF PAYMENT
The payment terms listed are for payment for online orders, it is different from the payment terms in our stores.
Payment is possible by internet banking or general payment, credit and debit cards; once or in installments.
You can pay with credit and debit cards:
– American Express (issued abroad only, if issued in Croatia the card is no longer valid), Visa Premium, Visa Inspire and Maestro go one-off and in 2-12 installments
– One-time MasterCard card, with a limit on your card limit.
Erste Card Club:
– Diners, MasterCard, VISA, Maestro Disposable at ones
– Diners card for 2-6 installments
– One-time and installment payment of 2-12 installments with MasterCard standard, MasterCard gold, MasterCard go !, MasterCard platinum, Visa Business and Visa Avenue Mall. However, the minimum amount for installment payment is HRK 500 and the maximum amount is HRK 60,000.
It is very important that you enter the correct information from the card exactly as it is entered on the card – the name and address, which should also be identical to those in the account that the customer receives from the cardholder.
Visa Premium Card
From 31.12.2019. The American Express card issued in Croatia is no longer active and has been replaced with a Visa Premium card. The security settings have changed a bit and Visa is even safer in terms of preventing the card from being misused. When paying with a Visa Premium card on our web shop, you will receive a notification that you can only pay for the order when you apply for your Visa Premium card through the Myway application, thus allowing you to complete the order by entering the code from the mToken, inside the MyWay application, simply through your mobile phone. The application is downloaded for free through the Play Store (Google Play or App Store) and quickly installed.
This way, you are further protected from misuse of your card in any way. Also, this might happen with other cards if you have a deal with your bank like that.
In the card authorization process, we use state-of-the-art Wspay technology – online card authorization, which allows us to protect the highest level of credit card information transfer without your data being available to us and there is no possibility of misuse. The entry and transfer of personal and credit card information is protected by the SSL protocol of 256-bit encryption provided by the WSpay ™ system for online credit card authorization. Credit card authorization and payment is done using the WSpay ™ system for real-time card authorization and payment. We emphasize that card payment has a high level of secure online shopping offered by the Wspay payment system.

Shipping is free for orders up to 63,36 EUR/500,00 kn or higher but only in Croatia, and below that amount, price is 5,18 EUR/39,00 kn. Shipping goes through GLS delivery service and sometime during holidays the delivery may be delayed. International shipping it may last longer due to situation in world (and it depends about destination – for additional info please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org). Shipping goes to an address that you left us when you where entering your shipping address. For international shipping the price is different and it’s shown in the table below. Also, for the international shipping, we send the product via Croatian Post office and the delivery deadline depends in what country we are sending it. Longer waiting period are possible also, regarding the situation in the world.

Očna optika Luna d.o.o. retain the right of changing prices, without previous notification and won’t be responsable for any consequences resulted by these changes. Prices include tax and apply only on online shopping. They are expressed in euros and croatian kunas.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER AND REFUND
The subject and the commercial purpose of the Contract is the purchase of selected products or services through online shop Optika Luna with payment appropriate fees – price of the product or service. The Contract is concluded by the means of distance communication (Contract concluded at a distance) and by telephone with human intervention and without it, and the Internet.
It comes into force and shall be binding from the moment the user accepts the offer of Optika Luna on one of the following ways:
– selects payments and fulfilling orders as a registered user of webshop Optike Luna,
– selects payments and fulfilling orders as a guest user of webshop Optike Luna,
– selects payments and fulfilling orders through the phone lines or by e-mail.
In the process of registration or creation a user account, the user is required to choose the user name or the name, under which he/she will perform the services, and choose a security password and provide a valid e-mail address. All data required for registration or creating a user account must be true; it is expressly prohibited using or application other people’s data.
Registration or user account are created just for one person and it is not allowed to transmit information on the registration or account to third parties. User is obliged to keep information about their security password and account. It is not permissible to use someone else’s registration or account.
For violation of the provisions of the Terms of this chapter, Optika Luna reserves the right, in its discretion, to extinguish the registration or user account without any compensationof the cost or damage to the user.
By registration (including payment services) the Contract between Optika Luna and buyer (user) is considered to be concluded.
Contract is valid from the moment when user make the registration, that is from the day when he/she accepts the offer for conclusion this Contract.
On the occasion of the conclusion of the Contract, User shall receive: confirmation of a concluded contract, that is pre-contractual information referred from Article 57 para. 1. of the Consumer Protection Act (National newsppaper no. 41/2014), these Terms and information about the right of users on the unilateral termination of Contract with the Form of unilateral termination of the Contract under Article 61 para. 1 and 2 of the Consumer Protection Act.
The user can unilaterally terminate the Contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason.
The user has no right to unilaterally terminate the Contract:
– if the service is completely filled, and the fulfillment began with his express prior consent and with his confirmation that he is familiar with the fact that they will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the Contract if a service is completely filled,
To being able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the Contract, user must notify Optika Luna of his decision to unilaterally terminate the Contract before the end of deadline and with unambiguous statement sent by post (on Očna optika Luna Ltd., J. SLavenskog 1, 10110 Zagreb) or by e-mail at email@example.com, in which you state your name, address, telephone number or email address, and also can use given a written form for unilateral termination of the Contract.
Also, the Form of unilateral termination of the Contract user can electronically fill out and send, in which case Optika Luna will, without delay, submit him a receipt notice of unilateral termination by e-mail. You can find forms at the end of the page.
The deadline for unilateral termination of the Contract is 14 (fourteen) days from the date when are the goods or services, which are the the subject of this Contract, submitted in possession to the user or a third party designated by the user, and which is not a carrier.
If the user unilaterally terminates the Contract, Optika Luna will refund to him payment that we received no later than fourteen (14) days from Optika Luna receives the user’s decision to unilaterally terminate the Contract.
Refunds will be made in the same way that the user has paid for. Refunds Optika Luna can perform only after the goods are returned or after we received a proof that the goods were sent back.
User is obliged to deliver the goods or send it to the Očna optika Luna Ltd., J. Slavenskog 1, 1110 Zagreb, without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date when he handed over to Optika Luna its decision to unilateral termination of the Contract. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the user himself. The user is asked to prior termination of the Contract calls on the phone number +385 1 3882 376 or report to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can explain the procedure for returning the goods.
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in your currency into Euro according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
